Gallagher Analytica · Tahoe City, California
You didn't move here to sit in an office in July.
An advertising, analytics and revenue shop for Tahoe City and the North Shore. We fill your rooms and your tables, we price them properly, and we hand you back your mornings. One client at a time.
WIMCO Villas · St. Barths
Luxury doesn't sell itself. It gets measured.
The analytics desk for a thirty-year luxury villa company — attribution modeling, market share analysis, A/B testing and the lead flow behind villas most people only see in magazines. That is the discipline now pointed at Tahoe rooms and tables.
The WIMCO work →Creative and the spreadsheet
The number on the report has to be the number in the bank.
Most shops pick a side. The creative people make something beautiful and go quiet when you ask what it earned. The performance people send a dashboard nobody reads and call it a strategy. Every photograph on this page comes from a property whose revenue I was also responsible for — that is the whole argument.
PlumpJack Inn · Olympic Valley
Director of Revenue & Marketing. Storm cycles included.
Rate strategy, occupancy and demand for a landmark Olympic Valley inn and its cafe. Pricing a powder weekend and an empty Tuesday in October takes the same discipline — and it is the chair you are sitting in right now.
The PlumpJack work →Revenue management
A rate set in the fall is a guess with a calendar attached.
Nightly pricing against live demand. Minimum stays and gap nights that stop bleeding orphan days. Event and powder-day pricing. Shoulder-season floors that fill October and May without wrecking your ADR. And a monthly read on pace — what is booked, what is soft, and what to do about it this week.
Granlibakken Tahoe
Direct bookings up 50% year over year.
Director of Marketing for the resort, the conference business and the homeowners association — homepage rebuild, paid search, social and email, plus the Franciscan Lodge under the same management company.
The Granlibakken work →
Morelos Tacos · Tahoe City
Taco truck sales up 300%.
We took the whole brand so the owners could take back the kitchen. Direct online ordering, Toast wired into three delivery platforms, the Google Business Profile turned into a real storefront, and video shot inside the kitchen — because you cannot fake the food.
The Morelos work →
Tremigo · Auld Dubliner
Two rooms, one group, covers on the books.
Paid media, local search and content for Tremigo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar and Dubliner Tahoe — built around a season, not a national template, because February and July are two different businesses.
The restaurant work →The retainer
Your whole marketing department, one invoice.
Ads, social, content, Google Business Profile, reviews and email — handled. One monthly number, one person who answers the phone, and no agency org chart between you and the work. For owners who are currently the marketing department at eleven at night.
Red Cedar Cabin · Tahoe City
I price my own cabin every night.
Superhost, self-managed since the 2024 renovation, priced with dynamic revenue management against live North Shore demand. Every method I sell to you is one I run on my own money first.
Revenue management →The Idea
Half of this business is Madison Avenue. Half of it is a spreadsheet.
Most shops pick one and hope you never ask about the other. The creative people make you something beautiful and go quiet when you ask what it earned. The performance people send a dashboard nobody reads and call it a strategy.
We do both, on purpose. Before this was an agency, it was eight years of revenue and marketing work in San Francisco and New York, then a decade in Tahoe — including revenue at PlumpJack Inn and marketing at Granlibakken. Rate strategy, occupancy, covers, shoulder season. The chair you're sitting in, I've sat in.
Services
Four things, done properly, for Tahoe City restaurants and hotels. Take one or take the whole desk.
Paid Media
Ads that pay rent
Google, Meta, and the local search real estate your competitors are quietly buying. Built around your season, not a national template — because your February and your July are two different businesses.
Best for: heads in beds, covers on the books, phones ringing in the off-season.
Measurement
Know which dollar worked
GA4, conversion tracking, call tracking, and booking-engine attribution set up so the number on the report is the number in the bank. Certified in Google Analytics and Ads since 2015.
Best for: anyone who has ever been handed a report they didn't believe.
The Retainer
Your whole marketing department, one invoice
Ads, social, content, Google Business Profile, reviews, email — handled. One monthly number, one person who answers the phone, and no agency org chart between you and the work.
Best for: owners who are currently the marketing department at 11 p.m.
Sites & Landing Pages
Built to book, not to win awards
Fast, mobile-first sites and campaign landing pages that push people toward a reservation, a table, or a call. Wired for tracking from day one instead of bolted on later.
Best for: a site that looks fine and converts nothing.

About
New York taught the pitch. San Francisco taught the math. Tahoe is why any of it matters.

First
New York
Third-generation real estate and advertising family. Licensed in New York in 2007. Learned that the idea has to be worth someone's attention before the media plan means anything.
Then
San Francisco
Analytical roles at top agencies. Eight years of budgets that had to defend themselves in a spreadsheet every Monday morning. Google Analytics and Ads certified since 2015.
Now
Tahoe City
Here since 2017. Director of Revenue & Marketing at PlumpJack Inn, Director of Marketing at Granlibakken. Two properties on the North Shore, one of which I run as a short-term rental myself. Also a licensed California agent — the real estate practice lives at Gallagher Tahoe. Two beagles. A season pass that gets used.
The Whole Point
The 11 a.m. chair is the entire business plan.
Nobody moved to Lake Tahoe to argue with an ad platform at midnight. You moved here for a Tuesday in February when the lot is empty and the light is good. A business that runs without you standing over it is what buys that morning — and that is the actual product we sell. The revenue is how we prove it worked.

Tell me about the season you're worried about.
Twenty minutes, no deck, no discovery-call theater. If I'm not the right fit I'll tell you who is — and I answer inbound the same day.
Thanks — that landed. I answer inbound the same day, usually faster.
