Tremigo · Auld Dubliner Restaurant Group
Two rooms, one group, covers on the books.
Paid media, local search and content for Tremigo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar and Dubliner Tahoe.
The room
February and July are two different restaurants wearing the same sign.
A Tahoe City restaurant does not have one busy season and one slow one — it has a summer where the problem is throughput, a winter where the problem is weather, and two shoulder seasons where the problem is that nobody is here at all. A campaign built on a national template treats all four the same and wastes most of the budget on the weeks that would have filled anyway.
The work
Paid media planned against the actual calendar, so spend lands on the weeks that need covers instead of the ones that sell themselves. Local search and Google Business Profile treated as the storefront they are, because most people deciding where to eat tonight never reach the website. Content and photography that show the room and the food rather than describing them. And reviews handled as an operating discipline, not a fire drill.
Why it matters to you
Restaurants rarely need more marketing. They need marketing aimed at a specific empty Tuesday, measured against covers rather than impressions — and someone who understands that a slow October is a pricing and demand problem before it is an advertising problem.
